Winemaker's Notes

Bright straw-yellow color. The scent reminds of breadcrust, acacia blossoms and ripe tropical fruits. The vinification in white, the almost complete absence of sulphuric acid and the surveillance of the temperature of fermentation result in a fruity, complete and fascinating wine of elegant freshness. Accompaniment.

Critical Acclaim

"Aromas of apple pie, with just a hint of cream caramel. Full body, with loads of rich fruit and a pie crust and light toffee aftertaste. Great finish. All there. Drink now."
