Winemaker's Notes

Bosco 2006 (first vintage bottled in 1992) is made with 100% Syrah grapes, selected from the best areas in our high-density planted hillside vineyards.

Superbly concentrated wine characterized by velvety-smooth tannins, with sweet, fruity tones and hints of pepper and spices.

Critical Acclaim

"Complex and subtle aromas of blackberry, dark chocolate and mineral follow through to a full body, with velvety, round tannins and a long, long finish. Layered and rich, with berries and coffee. A more subtle Syrah from this producer than in the past. Best after 2011."
