To create a wine which exemplifies the unique characters of McLaren Vale Shiraz, Tatachillas winemakers have chosen to combine traditional and modern vinification methods. Tatachillas open fermenters and hand plunging were employed to preserve rich fruit flavour while ferment temperature control ensures an elegance of style. The palate exhibits black currant, ripe raspberry, spice mint and nutty oak characters.
Serve: At room temperature. Will complement most foods, an especially good match with grilled meat, roasted white meats and cheese.
