A hint of residual sugar adds nice body to this wine, which has spicy apple/pear flavors followed by a crisp, clean finish. This Pinot Grigio can be served as an aperitif, and also is a perfect wine to enjoy with grilled summer cuisine. We especially like this wine with spicy Thai food.
