Taltarni Sauvignon Blanc 2005
Sauvignon Blanc
from Victoria, Australia
winemaker's notes:
Taltarni Sauvignon Blanc 2005 is an outstanding combination of vibrant tropical fruit, citrus
and gooseberries characters with a refreshingly crisp finish. Sealed under screwcap to
ensure it retains absolute freshness to the very last drop. A personality packed wine – full of
pizazz!
The 2005 vintage is bursting with a mix of fresh fruit salad aromas of passionfruit, lychee and grapefruit and hints of green pea and lime. Scrumptious powerful palate, with zesty lime sorbet, passionfruit and honeydew melon flavours. Well-balanced, terrific intensity with a lingering tantalizing finish.
Best in its youth, the Taltarni Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect spring and summer sipper. Serve chilled and enjoy as an aperitif or with fresh oysters, prawns or asparagus wrapped in smoked salmon and marinated goat's cheese.

Nice and crisp without tasting too acidic – and screw cap!
A Customer - New York
Can't believe the taste for the price! Sounds funny but you can almost have this for Breakfast if your in the mood. Best pedigree wine in this class is Duckhorn and this wine makes it look like the the ugly step sister.
