2009 was a good vintage with plenty of season to reach peak ripeness. We cold-fermented our Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat Blanc juice in stainless tanks and then stopped the fermentation to achieve a lower alcohol level with balanced residual sweetness.
Soft White is finished sweet but with enough acid to keep it in balance. The 2009 Soft White shows tropical notes, a hint of citrus and floral notes in leading to a clean and crisp finish.
Our Soft White is delightful on its own or serve well-chilled with fruit, cheese, and light desserts. The wine is also a perfect complement to marinated fish and poultry dishes.
