Winemaker's Notes:

 This Merlot opens with aromas of black currant, milk chocolate and raspberry jam. The palate follows through with rich flavors of cranberry, black cherry, anise and dark chocolate with a hint of smoky oak. The grapes for this Merlot were hand harvested and fermented in a combination of open and closed top fermenters to maximize concentration and extraction in the final blend.
