On the mid-palate, the spice and cereal grain flavors from the new oak and the rich, dense blueberry/black fruit characters of fully mature fruit make this wine shine. Rich berry, cassis and black fruit flavors persist through the finish, highlighting the dense and complex character of this vintage.
