Winemaker Notes
This Merlot has aromas of plum, black currant and a hint of cedar and brown spice that comes from aging in French oak barrels. The tannins are round and soft, and gently frame a concentrated flavor profile of blackberries, plums and sweet oak. This Merlot, blended with the two Cabernets, is very ripe, well-structured and will age quite nicely.
