Winemaker's Notes:

The 2004 Sauvignon Blanc expresses classic characteristics of its namesake varietal, including aromatics of gooseberry, crushed nettles, mandarin orange blossoms and citrus, punctuated with hints of vanilla. It is crisp and clean yet startlingly complex and full textured on the palate with citrus and tart Comice pear notes that punctuate a lengthy finish.
