Alcohol By Volume Guide

  • 10%
  • 16+%
Most wine ranges from 10-16% alcohol by volume. Some varietals tend to have higher (for example Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon) or lower alcohol levels (Pinot Noir and many white varietals), but there is always some variation from producer to producer. Some wine falls outside of this range, for instance Port weighs in closer to 20%, while Muscat and Riesling are usually a bit below 10%.

Winemaker's Notes

Aromas of white pear, peach, nectarine and yellow apples are complimented by characters of lemon verbena and other fresh herbs.

A very food-friendly wine that will pair well with a large range of food.

Critical Acclaim

"Salty and savory with a floral scent, this has a freshness that keeps the wine on point. With its lemony, high-toned flavors and drive, it feels cool and poised, an elegant gris for boudin blanc and roasted potatoes."
