The 2003 Solaris Pinot Noir has a clear deep ruby color, and shows intense aromas of cherry, blueberry with a savory hint of baked ham. The flavors are fruit forward, dominated by wild cherry, sun-ripened strawberries and notes of cinnamon and sandalwood. The 2002 Solaris Pinot Noir is fruit-forward yet elegantly balanced, with a lingering finish that will pair well with all sorts of delicious food.
