Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
The 2012 Pinot Noir Sangiacomo Vineyard was made from Dijon clones 115 and 777 as well as the Pommard and Joseph Swan clones. The bouquet offers sweet notes of black cherries, wild strawberries and plums. Pure and medium to full-bodied with sweet tannin and a sumptuous mouthfeel, this round, generous beauty offers both a hedonistically and intellectually satisfying perspective. Enjoy it over the next 5-8 years.
