Compelling flavors of cassis, blackberry, and plum along with black pepper, cedar, and clove spices adds life to this medium-to-full bodied nicely structured wine that finishes with rich dark cocoa tannins.
This Alexander Valley Cabernet will bring out the best in roasted mushroom and wild nettle pesto pizza, or charcoal-grilled beef carpaccio with asiago-onion salad.

A deep garnet color gives way to an earthy mushroom aroma with a hint of strawberry and cherry . Smooth and supple on the palate with ripe cherry and plum flavors. I enjoyed this Cab with a pan seared and brown butter filet of beef and some French Cantal cheese. A great value, I loved it and ordered more.
