A lovely, subtle dry white with yeasty and nutty tones laid over the floral and citrus fruit. An ideal wine to serve with shellfish or other seafoods.100 percent Pinot Blanc from Helmick Hill Vineyard. A cool, long vintage which required rigorous fruit selection to make the best wine. Very limited production. Fermented at moderate temperatures, using a Burgundian yeast strain. Left sur lies for added body and richness, with a small percentage aged in Russian Oak.
