Medium-depth red/purple color. Dark berry and black cherry fruit aromas are matched with a complex vanilla and spice oak component. By mouth the wine is open, soft and forward with restrained acidity. Very pleasant drinking upon release.
Seven Hills Winery was established in 1988 to vinify some of the nation's finest wine grapes: those grown in the Walla Walla Valley Appellation. In 1989 we moved to our current facility in Milton-Freewater, on the southern edge of the Appellation. Our winemaking process is a customized, hand-crafted approach that follows the grape from vineyard, through fermentation, aging and bottling, into the marketplace. Our central focus is dedication to providing a memorable wine drinking experience. Limited production may make our wine more difficult to find but always worth the search.
