Winemaker's Notes:

 A powerful, intense Cabernet offering aromas of ripe red plum, clove, coffee, and vanilla. By mouth there is great depth and length of fruit, laid on substantial tannins, surrounded by spice, vanilla and mocha notes. A stellar vintage of restrained acidity, huge flavor and a very ageable structure.

 Seven Hills Winery was established in 1988 to vinify some of the nation's finest wine grapes: those grown in the Walla Walla Valley Appellation. In 1989 we moved to our current facility in Milton-Freewater, on the southern edge of the Appellation. Our winemaking process is a customized, hand-crafted approach that follows the grape from vineyard, through fermentation, aging and bottling, into the marketplace.
