Winemaker's Notes:

We crafted this wine to drink earlier than our vineyard-designated releases, seeking softer tannins and very broad, full mid-palate flavors. The aroma is of dark fruits, with sweet vanilla hints from American cooperage. There is great balance on the palate, with a natural harmony between fruit, acidity and tannins.

About Seven Hills Winery:

Seven Hills Winery was established in 1988 to vinify some of the nation's finest wine grapes: those grown in the Walla Walla Valley Appellation. In 1989 we moved to our current facility in Milton-Freewater, on the southern edge of the Appellation. Our winemaking process is a customized, hand-crafted approach that follows the grape from vineyard, through fermentation, aging and bottling, into the marketplace. Our central focus is dedication to providing a memorable wine drinking experience. Limited production may make our wine more difficult to find but always worth the search.
