Winemaker's Notes:

Septima Cabernet Sauvignon is a powerful red wine from the esteemed Uco Valley of Argentina. Hand harvested in the cool morning hours, the fruit is crushed and placed in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months in American oak barrels. A complex wine with spicy notes, it pairs well with grilled meats, chicken, roasted vegetables, pasta and rice dishes.

About Bodega Septima:

Making stellar wine is the sole focus at Bodega Septima, a pristine winery situated in the acclaimed Mendoza winemaking district of Argentina.

Founded in 1999, the winery was the seventh (in Spanish “septima”) winery introduced by the Codorníu Group, known for its world-famous cava and still wines from Spain and Napa Valley. Imported exclusively by Aveníu Brands, Septima produces authentic wines that are modern, with a nod to tradition.
