The 2011 bears all the hallmarks of a cool climate, cool vintage
Pinot Noir. It is medium dark with bright aromas of cherry pie,
notes of cherries, sandalwood, spice and "forest floor." It finishes with accompaniment to salmon, turkey, pork or chicken-apple sausages.
Blend: 97% Pinot Noir, 2% Petit Verdot, 1% Petite Sirah
