Scott Family Estate Chardonnay is produced from Dijon clones grown on our
Arroyo Seco Estate that we combine with the attributes of malolactic fermentation
and sur-lees aging. This wine boasts abundant aromas of apricot, papaya, white
peach and Meyer lemon zest blended with perfumed citrus blossoms and allspice.
With layers of complexity, this estate Chardonnay has an excellent balance of fresh
fruit acidity and medium palate weight. This wine is ideal for pairing with Dungeness
crab cakes served with red pepper aioli, smoked salmon salad and Chicken
Cordon Bleu. Serve this Chardonnay with any richly textured fish, traditional
poultry, pasta dishes with light cream sauce or just enjoy a glass or two by itself.
