Winemaker's Notes:

As Schramsberg Brut Rosé fans know, we strive to create a delicate style with emphasis on finesse and grace. The 1997 vintage was a special one for us because we were able to make a delicate wine while still showcasing the rich, ripe flavors of the vintage. This cuvée exhibits lush Pinot Noir aromas of black cherry, spice, and berry, as well as a light toasty note. The flavors are fresh and full, showing the vibrant, lively character I expect from a Rosé. The length, balance and finish of this wine are exceptional. The 1997 Rosé will be delicious today, or after a decade of cellaring. Enjoy! -Mike Reynolds, Winemaker
