This Carmenere has a deep purple with red hues colour. Its aroma is of red and black fruit, coupled with a spicy character and a hint of soy sauce. On the palate it's full-bodied, very well balanced between fruit and oak. Intense but at the same time very integrated elements, it is a complex wine with lingering aftertaste. This wine has a long finish, mouthfeel comes in layers that comes back as different elements of the wine appear.
"Full-bodied and ambitious, with judicious, toasty oak to the jammy blackberry, cassis and dark plum notes that remain fresh while hints of mesquite, cured olive and spice line the long finish."
"Opaque purple. Ripe black and blue fruits are complicated by licorice, vanilla and clove. Plush and expansive, offering intense blueberry and bitter cherry flavors and a touch of palate-numbing pepperiness. Finishes sweet and persistent, leaving an oak spice note behind."
