 Royal Esmeralda Fine Dry Amontillado (20 Years), from a Solera established in 1894, is one of Sandeman's Rare wines. Very intense, dry and round in the mouth it combines the complexity of age with the freshness of an expertly managed Solera, epitomising the style of Sandeman Sherries.

Sandeman Royal Esmeralda Fine Dry Amontillado has an attractive amber colour with golden highlights, opening onto a complex nose, where the pungent notes of the original fino have been gradually softened over the years, creating a deeper, more fragrant wine. On the palate it is clean and full, nutty, dry yet very smooth and light. Very complex with a long intense finish.

Sandeman Royal Esmeralda Fine Dry Amontillado is perfect on its own as an aperitif, or as a match to salty cheese and smoked meats.

Once opened Sandeman Royal Esmeralda Fine Dry Amontillado remains fresh for up to 4 - 8 weeks.
