Winemaker's Notes

Dry, toasty, smooth and clean Saint-Hilaire truly captivates with an attractive yeasty aroma and luscious creamy texture. The palate is light and crisp with citrus and apple flavors and the body is just hefty enough.

This sparkling wine is made just like all the other champagne, and is made only a few miles from the Champange region. Best value as this taste like a very expensive Champagne!

Best sparkler I've had under $20. Costs $12, tops, and drinks like a $25 bubbly. Excellent. We picked up a half dozen for New Year's Eve.
