Our Chardonnay was made from 100% estate grown grapes split about evenly between The Bishop's Vineyard and The Homestead Vineyard. It was crafted in the old world method, barrel fermented in new oak on lees. It was frequently hand stirred (batonage) to further enhance flavors. The wine is well integrated with apple, pear and citrus flavors with mild oak influence. This is an excellent Chardonnay.
