Our 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon has complex layers of black currant, anise, and ripe Bing cherry intertwined with subtle nuances of toasty oak. This wine is full bodied and with a deep ruby redcolor. Full fruit flavors of black currantand pomegranate, with soft undertones of vanilla, fill your mouth on the very first sip. Enjoy the ripe fruit, rich and creamy palate and just the right amount of tannins that lead to a long, satisfying finish.

Full-flavored,marinated Hanger steak, Kobe beef burgers with bleu cheese or rack of lamb are perfect companions to this wine. Barbecued prime rib, sauteed veal or duck stuffed with fresh fruit,sun-dried tomatoes and pesto are a true culinary treat.
