Wine Style Guide

Light & Crisp

Light to medium bodied wines that are high in acid and light to medium fruit. Typically no oak.

Fruity & Smooth

Light to medium bodied wines with lots of juicy fruit, typically medium acid and medium oak.

Rich & Creamy

Full bodied wines that have typically undergone malo-lactic fermentation and/or spent time in oak.

Winemaker's Notes

Straw yellow in color. On the nose this wine exhibits intense floral notes followed by aromas of citrus and pear. Refined notes of minerality are balanced with hints of pineapple and sage, making Lumina a medium-bodied wine with a lean and lasting finish.

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: Crisp, aromatic and full bodied, Lumina is a versatile match with food. Serve as an apéritif or with dishes such as soft shell crabs, grilled fish, pasta primavera, and roasted chicken. Lumina also pairs well with ethnic dishes such as Mexican enchiladas, Greek dolmas; and Thai green curries.

Tastes pleasant but is nothing to knock of your sox. It went well with a chicken dish I made and I got a free bottle of it from the M. Resort.

first had this at a tasting in the gourmet restaurant at the JW Marriott in Grande Lakes, Florida. So easy to drink and fun! Now its my "go-to" wine to bring to someone's house who may not have the most sophisticated palate, but enjoys wine for the sake of wine.
