Winemaker's Notes:

 The 2000 Pinot Noir has a brick red colour with a bright pink rim. The aroma shows sweet plum and exotic spices, typical of the variety. The oak maturation is revealed in the background aroma through hints of cedar and smoky tobacco. The palate is fresh and lively with dark plum and cherry fruits set against a mid-firm tannin structure. The wine finishes well, with a textured, nicely rounded mouthfeel and mid-long varietal echo of plums and dark cherries.
