Enjoy this wine in its youth! Impressive elegance on the nose and palate. Aromas and flavors echo pear and violets. Excellent balance between fruit, alchohol and acidity. Recommended with Grilled and broiled fish. A Friulan favorite with fish in tomato basil sauce and eggplant gnocchi with lightly prepared meats.
