The fruit for this Cabernet Sauvignon comes from our vineyards in Stags Leap, Atlas Peak, Saint Helena, and Calistoga. This allows us to control every aspect from the vineyard to the bottle, ensuring optimum quality and fruit expression. Our meticulous attention to detail shows in this exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon.
Balancing freshness and intensity, this full-bodied wine offers a complexity of flavors. Bold aromas of black currant, blackberry and clove are supported by a core of black cherry, mocha, vanilla and black olive flavors. Polished and focused, the wine finishes with a hint of spice and well-integrated tannins. Drinking beautifully upon release, this wine will continue to develop over the next ten years.
Our favorite pairings for this wine include rack of lamb, beef stew, ratatouille and dark chocolate.
