Winemaker's Notes:

A deep boysenberry color in this wine suggests a full and luxuriously complex wine on the palate. The expansive bouquet is perfumed with blueberry, orange blossom and a touch of wintergreen. The mouth is honey textured and full of blackberry and cassis flavors with just a hint of dark chocolate. Slight roasted almond notes join dark fruits in a lingering finish.

Save a special evening for this wine and a meal of Filet Mignon with a mushroom wine sauce. Be sure to have some left in your glass for a decadent, flourless chocolate cake. -Rick Sayre, Winemaker
