The wine opens with layered and complex notes of grapefruit, jasimine, guava and citrus followed by white pepper and tropical fruit. On the palate, the wine features a satiny texture with lots of minerality, and hints of wet stone and tarragon leading to a creamy lingering finish.
"Fermented and aged in stainless steel, this wine is all about fresh, vibrant fruit. Limes, Meyer lemons, gooseberries, Asian pears and something tropical, like papayas, all mingle together. Aging on the less, which is a popular intervention in many unoaked white wines, gives additional notes of cream and sourdough.
