Using fruit from the Raymond estate vineyards in St. Helena and Jameson Canyon, this wine is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Showing soft smooth texture and classic Merlot flavors, the wine is fresh and open, with notes of fruit, oak and earthiness. Possessing a pleasantly crisp finish, it will pair nicely with grilled tuna or swordfish, grilled and broiled poultry, spicy sausages, veal, pork, and beef.
