100% Chardonnay, this wine opens with delicate floral aromas of honeysuckle and orange blossom followed by ripe pear, golden delicious apple, lemon and quince amid notes of ginger, toasted oak and vanilla. Rich, full flavors of granny smith apple, pear, zesty lemon and passion fruit with balanced acidity and a long, smooth vanilla finish.
A versatile, food friendly wine that will pair well with roast chicken, grilled salmon, halibut or swordfish and lobster risotto, fettuccini Alfredo topped with grilled prawns or scallop piccata on angel hair pasta. A wonderful wine to pair with quiche Lorraine or light soups and salads, as well as semi-soft sheep and cow's milk cheeses.
