Red wines that are more fruit-forward and lighter in tannin and body.
Medium bodied reds that go down easy, with smooth tannins and supple fruit.
Wines where earthy and/or spicy dominate the flavors – typically medium to full body.
Full bodied wines that have concentrated fruit and are higher in alcohol and/or tannins. Some need age.
Quorum has an incredibly dense prune bouquet, with hints of herb and dark berry fruit.
The wine is full-bodied, with notes of tobacco, liquorice, and black cherries. The finish is well
structured and lush. There is a rich acidity, characteristic of Barbera wine, but the acid is balanced by the elegant, soft tannins. Excellent aging potential.
