Quorum has an incredibly dense prune bouquet, with hints of herb and dark berry fruit.
The wine is full-bodied, with notes of tobacco, liquorice, and black cherries. The finish is well
structured and lush. There is a rich acidity, characteristic of Barbera wine, but the acid is balanced by the elegant, soft tannins. Excellent aging potential.
"The 2003 Quorum is one of the best wines of the series. It displays a superb, rich nose and layers of super-ripe dark fruit, cocoa, mineral, and toasted oak flavors with excellent persistence on the palate, managing to be opulent, yet well-balanced at the same time. Drink now - 2013."
