An elegant wine with plum and cassis aromas that lead to rich and ripe red berry flavors. The grapes are hand-picked, double sorted, fermented and left on the skins after fermentation to extract deep color and rich flavors.

Quite well done, the 2012 Primus Cabernet is built really well; shows a nice suppleness on the palate; lots of fine ripe fruit flavors, with a shading of oak.
