Parker's Wine Advocate is a bi-monthly publication that rates wines from around the world. With no advertising or sponsors, the Advocate publishes its ratings in a stapled journal with a focus on a few different regions each issue. Scores and notes are written by Robert Parker or by one of his tasting associates, depending on the region - the Advocate clearly indicates which articles/notes are written by Parker himself.
