The fruity floral signature of Chenin Blanc and the fragrant bouquet of Viognier make up this unique bottling. Pine Ridge was the first California winery to develop this original blend.
Floral and sweet on the nose, the 2007 Chenin Blanc-Viognier exhibits fragrant aromas of pear, lychee and melon, with a delicate touch of grapefruit, lime and mixed citrus. Bright, crisp flavors of lively citrus and pear are offered up along with a supple texture. The slightly off-dry finish is clean and crisp, marked with notes of red grapefruit. Enjoy now or cellar for two years.
"2007 Chenin Blanc/Viognier is a beauty, very perfumed (flowers, melons, tropical fruits), mediumbodied, super pure, with no oak and a dry, crisp finish. Drink it over the next year."

Light & Crisp
This was a really enjoyable blend. Great fruit, not too sweet, very pleasant on the tongue. This didn't last long at my house!
Interesting but somewhat light wine. Clean, dry with a bit of fruit from the Vigonier.
Good to keep around the house for a glass after work while cooking or relaxing.
I tried this in hopes that it would be a good go-to for summer days in SoFla - but didn't like it at all. Way too sweet for me/on its own. Would prob. be good if served paired with a specific food (don't ask me what!).
