Petrossian.com now sells French wines to 90% of the U.S. in partnership with Wine.com
Just in time for the holiday season, Petrossian.com has launched their online winery, enabling customers in 90% of the U.S. to shop a selection of premium French wines. Famous for their caviar, Petrossian’s wine selection has been specially chosen to pair with their offerings of caviar, smoked salmon, and other luxury foods.
"It’s a natural match for our customers,” said Arnaud Thieffry, chief financial officer of Petrossian. “With our larger selection, we can offer a special wine for every shopper and every situation.”
Petrossian.com offers customers several different ways to shop their more than 100 wines. The cost-inclined can sort through the large selection of wines under $50, while those looking for quality can select from wines with high Robert Parker ratings. Petrossian’s own sommeliers have put together pairing matches for caviar, fish, and foie gras.
Petrossian offers individual bottles, as well as carefully matched three- and six-bottle gift sets. The entire wine list comes from French wineries, a natural complement for Petrossian – founded in Paris in 1920.
Though Petrossian restaurants in Paris, New York, and West Hollywood all offer wine, legal complications have limited the distribution of wine on Petrossian.com. However, a partnership with leading online wine retailer Wine.com allows Petrossian.com customers in 90% of the U.S. to shop online and get wine delivered direct to their doorstep.
