We have added the following products to your shopping cart from a previous visit:
Red wines that are more fruit-forward and lighter in tannin and body.

Wines where earthy and/or spicy dominate the flavors – typically medium to full body.
Full bodied wines that have concentrated fruit and are higher in alcohol and/or tannins. Some need age.
Layers is crafted to illustrate our belief that the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. Don't be fooled by this wine's easy drinking and approachable nature. The blend of three classic Barossa red varieties (Shiraz, Grenache, Mourvèdre) and two new ones (Tempranillo, Carignan), create a multi-dimensional wine with beautiful aromas of dark plum, chocolate, and savory black olive while the palate is a soft mouthful of forest fruits with mild bramble undertones. It's a quintet of a blend in perfect harmony!
Blend: Shiraz 41%, Mourvèdre 20%, Tempranillo 19%, Grenache 17% and Carignane 3%
"A gulpable blend of five varieties (Shiraz, Mouvedre, Tempranillo, Grenache and Carigan), this is a medium-bodied wine reminiscent of cherries and cedar. A bit of crispness on the finish accents the otherwise lush feel. Drink now."
"Shiraz makes up 41 percent of this blend, accompanied by mourvedre, tempranillo, grenache and a small portion of carignane. It's rustic with scents of thyme and saddle leather, the mineral tannins guiding sweet strawberry fruit through the finish. For slow-smoked beef ribs."
