Pale lemon with green tints, the wine has a floral aroma with distinctive lime notes. The refreshing
lime flavors carry through on the palate which has a zesty freshness, a steely minerality and a
strikingly clean finish. With careful cellaring, it will continue to develop and honey in the bottle
for a further five to ten years.
