Pale lemon with green tints, the wine has a floral aroma with distinctive lime notes. The refreshing
lime flavors carry through on the palate which has a zesty freshness, a steely minerality and a
strikingly clean finish. With careful cellaring, it will continue to develop and honey in the bottle
for a further five to ten years.
"Bright straw-green; a lime/citrus blossom bouquet, then a palate full of juicy lime flavours flowing through to a lingering, dry finish."
Australian Wine Companion
"Bright and jazzy, a taut style that delivers pineapple, grapefruit and lime blossom flavors, lingering easily on the refreshing finish. Drink now through 2019."
Fruity & Smooth
Had this with Easter dinner with ham and leg of lamb and other assorted goodies. Dry wine with a clean refreshing taste that was very nice.
