Winemaker's Notes:

A beautiful bright gold color which will deepen with bottle age. It has wonderful tropical fruits aroma with just a hint of citrus. It is a truly harmonious wine with a delicious luciousness on the middle palate counterbalanced by a tantalisingly complex acidity, the hallmark of a botrytised wine.
