Winemaker's Notes

This year's wine is comprised of fruit from the Northburn Vineyard in the Cromwell Basin and two vineyards from Gibbston; Rafters Road and Brennans. Each lot was harvested and vinted separately at low temperatures. Following ferment the wine was given lees contact to gain further complexity and then bottled.

Once again our Pinot Gris shows vibrant fruit flavours from the tropical and stonefruit spectrums with a rich, mouthfilling texture and long, clean finish.

This wine is enjoyable now but keeping a bottle (or twelve) aside for a few years will reward with increased complexity and character.
