This vintage makes the third release of an Estate grown Sauvignon Blanc from Persephone Ranch grapes. Bursting with aromas of clean citrus, lime and honey. This cool climate style is fruit driven - intense and zingy - this is accomplished by selected picking of the grapes. Both the nose and palate show closely integrated notes of kiwi, lime and gooseberries, with a hint of mineral underneath which evolves into honey as it warms. Suggested food pairing with Peju Tuna melt sandwich, scallops, crab and smoked fish.
