Medium bodied reds that go down easy, with smooth tannins and supple fruit.

Earthy & Spicy

Wines where earthy and/or spicy dominate the flavors – typically medium to full body.

Big & Bold

Full bodied wines that have concentrated fruit and are higher in alcohol and/or tannins. Some need age.

Winemaker's Notes

Blended with small amounts of Merlot and Syrah and aged 18 months in a mix of seasoned French and American oak, Parducci 2004 Cabernet displays complex aromas of currant and black plum fruit with sweet herb, vanilla and cocoa notes. On the well-structured palate, the wine's rich, compact, black fruit flavors have pleasing spice and chocolatey tones balanced by firm tannins and lively acidity.

This tasty, well-balanced Cabernet Sauvignon will beautifully accompany richly sauced chicken dishes, grilled beef, lamb and game, and hearty, red-sauce pastas.
