NxNW: North by Northwest, represents wines made from inland grape growing appellations of the Columbia River Basin of Oregon and Washington. The NxNW winemakers have developed strong, creative relationships with growers and fellow winemakers in the Columbia River Appellation and throughout the northwest viticultural region - leading to this innovative project. NxNW is as unique lens for capturing the essence of terroir, the character of the people, and the quality of the wines from this great new emerging winegrowing region.

NxNW Riesling golden straw color. The aromas are of peach, jasmine, clover, paper whites, and graham cracker. There are flavors of apricot, mango, lychee, lemon meringue, and citrus. The mouthfeel is crisp and round, with a long and balanced finish. more

The 2009 Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is dark violet in color. Aromas of ripe plum, cherry jam, and coconut. The flavors are that of black cherry, chocolate, oak, and olive. The entry is rich, there are light tannins, and a lingering finish.

The Walla Walla Syrah has red and blue hues. Aromas of toast, berry cobbler, smoke, charred sugar, struck flint and roasted cherries. Flavors of cooked raspberry, blueberry, hints of spice, big dark berry, toast and oak. it has chewy tannins, a long finish and nice balance. more
Deep garnet color. Aromas of blackberry, blue fruit, anise, and oak spice. On the palate there is black cherry, caramel, stewed plum, and a hint of coffee bean. Soft entry, nice weight, generous tannins and long finish. more
