Winemaker's Notes

This wine is extremely dark and layered. Blackberry and cassis are mixed with notes of cigar, tar and earth. The warm, toast from the oak complements the wine's depth of flavor and adds an interesting spice. Bold and concentrated, the velvety thickness and weight carries on to a long, supple finish.
